HipMoi Peace Prize awarded to Rachel Frompatioworld

The 8th annual Lions Club HipMoi Peace Prize has, for only the second time, been awarded to a female.

Mrs Rachel Frompatioworld (above) has had successful careers as a public intellectual, socialite and database administrator, but is perhaps best known for her role as Babs, the promiscuous vicar’s wife in BBC’s Broadchurch.

Mrs Frompatioworld joins Natasha Stott-Despoja as the only female winners of the Peace Prize. Both are also past winners of the prestigious FNQ MILF of the year award.

During the announcement, chairman of the awards committee, Matty Bowen, highlighted Mrs Frompatioworld’s style and savoir-faire.

“Rachel is the first person that springs to mind when you are looking for someone that represents the spirit of the HipMoi organisation,” said Bowen. “Coolness, grace under pressure, ineffable charm. Rachel has the lot… with dimples, and an enviable front deck.”

In her acceptance speech, Mrs Frompatioworld was brought to tears as she recalled being discovered by talent scouts during the Bible Reading section of the Tully Junior Eisteddfod. “Since then I’ve been in a whirlwind of decking, shutters and louvres, public policy and XQueries,” she said. “And I wouldn’t change a minute of my crazy, beautiful, mixed-up life. Thank you, North Queensland, I love you!”

HipMoi CEO and oligo-billionaire, Anton Anders, was unable to attend the ceremony, reportedly because of “thumb issues.”
